Bench Events and Questex Hospitality + Travel Group, organisers of the highly successful International Hotel Investment Forum and the Russia & CIS Hotel Investment Conference completed a highly successful inaugural event in 2011. The Central Asia and Turkey Hotel Investment Conference (CATHIC) took place in front of over 340 delegates and a further 45 press from 32 countries during 7 – 9 February 2011 at the InterContinental Istanbul.

Countries covered by CATHIC include Turkey; Armenia; Azerbaijan; Georgia; Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan; Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan. Today, these ex-USSR countries, where Western style accommodation and other tourist facilities are extremely limited (except very few cities), are hot destinations for hotel development, and they all promise a fantastic future for investors.

The 2012 CATHIC conference will take place from 6-8 February 2012, Ceylan, InterContinental, Istanbul.
