Attendance included 1600 delegates of which a remarkable 480 ‘new’ delegates who didn’t attend in 2009. Industry consultants were considerably more bullish than 12 months ago saying that now is the time to get on the roller coaster ride with product coming onto the market. Yotel won the Investment Den with their new Heathrow project and over 30 projects were circulated through our ‘Seeking Investors’ programme. European bankers spoke of their deals on the Bankers Forum and Roger Bootle gave his frank views on the economic landscape.
