Gabriel joins The Conference Bench from The Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne, where he graduated in June 2009. Gabriel has a long history with The Bench, having been an Intern with the company from July 2007 - January 2008. During his Internship Gabriel proved himself in all areas, and was awarded a part time contract to continue working, alongside his studies until his graduation. Outside of benchmarking, Gabriel has worked in hotels in the UK, France And Switzerland.
